Was this a FA?

So i has a lucid and then i woke up. I woke up in my old house on the sofa with a family friend there. Is this considered a FA? i was thinking on doing a RC in the dream, but because i had just woken up from a lucid, i was thinking this wouldn't be a dream. Thanks

Yes, that was a FA. Anytime you wake up in a dream its a FA. Ideally you should RC every time you wake up to catch more of them.

What dolphin said. Once I had a lucid dream where I jumped through a few pipes and eventually woke up. I knew that something was wrong upon awakening, turned around, and seen another pipe on the side of the wall. See, I was using it as a dream sign . . . oh, excellent times. Anyway, yes, this was definitely a false awakening. Try to perform a few RCs every day once you wake up so that you can put these FA's to good use!
