      Dreaming about trying to sleep?

I wondered why i had lost my dream recall skills but then i realized yesterday that i often dream about me trying to sleep. It is so hard to realize it is a dream because in a dream i started to write my previous dreams to a laptop but i couldnt remember anything and the laptop were compleletily normal. When i woke up i realized it was a dream i went back to sleep then after awhile i started to wonder why i could vizualise so clearly with my eyes closed so i opened my eyes looked around then to my hands they seemed perfectly normal but then when i woke up again i realized that was a dream for no reason i just knew because the lighting was different than in reality. Sometimes i dream about me trying to sleep and become lucid but it is already a dream wtf?!! This is so annoying. But how do i know when to do reality check when everything seems so normal and it disturbs me trying to fall a sleep.

^^ You might get in the habit of doing RC's whenever you wake up; that way you don't have to recognize it when you stumble upon one of these annoying false awakenings.

I do reality checks when i wake up and very rarely miss false awakening the problem is when i dream i dream me trying to sleep and that means my eyes are closed i see black. Just have to find right trick. Dont know if this could affect but i am usually very aware in my dream even the slightest abnormality can trigger lucidity in me. After i became more aware my dreams are unbelively life like. I constantly amazed how real my dreams are. This one time i read mail and it sounded so normal even after i woke up i could remember the text and i sounded normal. My dreams feel real even after i wake up but they used to be fun and so so weird and dreamlike.
