I want to get your thoughts on this technique for extending lucid dreams:

Time Dilation Technique

I know some of you on here have described dreams lasting much longer than the few hours you would actually have been asleep. but all the research I can find says dreams happen in real time. I haven't made much progress so far but it seems like this approach should be possible, after all perception of time is different than any kind of objective time.

Has anyone been able to deliberately and consciously extend the time they have been dreaming?
