      I've got a very detailed lucid dream.

      Finally got a lucid dream. What surprised me was how clear and detailed environment around me. Also I've started training my visualization recently. Do you guys think that my training could effect my lucid dream?

      Controlled Visualization? That Mylynes, Atlas, and I described? If so, then yes, even mediocre training.. In MY OPINION, Will have a very beneficial effect. I'm assuming that this has been you most vivid and realistic lucid, so i'm going to suspect that yes, your training has helped you out nicely.

      - Training your visualization skills in attempts to strengthen you abilities within Lucidity and etc, will better yourself greatly in those fields that you are pushing you visualization skills towards. That energy is definitely not being lost.

      Are the "visualization techniques" mentionned here the same as the All-Day-Awareness described by KingYoshi ?
