Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is heavily involved with sleep, tempature regulation, and arousal. It plays an important part in REM sleep...and by taking melotonin suppliments serotonin can be more readily produced in the brain...and for us lucid dreamers, this may mean more VIVID dreams.

Serotonin can also be increased by dairy products, mainly milk and chocolate.

if you need more indepth explenations...just ask!

      What the fuck???

Please, could you try to type stuff normal?
I know it might be a fashinable thing to do while chatting to friends or text messaging them, but I prefer normal text, its easier to read and helps to get your message across easier. After all, you're asking for help/info.

its just annoying when you seem to go out of your way to not type correctly...it makes us feel less obliged to help you, since we dont want to have to sit there and translate what you just tried to say...but we're nice around here and its not like you'll get kicked off for it or anything...

tho i suppose i should be the last person to talk about this lol

Or get your doc to put you on Effexor, Paxil, Lexapro, Zoloft, etc.....
Ive taken them all, and I recommend the Effexor. It's also fun to take a handful of them when you're rolling. Not safe. But who gives a shit. Not I.
I believe in a long, prolonged derangement of the senses to attain the unknown. Although we live in the sub-concious, our pale reason hides the infinite from us.

Prozac (spelling?!) boosts serotonin levels also, after about a months usage, not immediately, because it has to get readily invovled with bodily functions in the brain.
