I bet you were actualy asleep, and not sitting up in your bed, just dreaming that you were. Are you familiar with the concept of false awakenings? |

I had been working for my grandpa for awhile, doing some construction and such. i started waking up in the middle of the night and i would sit up in my bed and i couldnt decide what to do. i thought i was working, and naturally its bad to go asleep on the job, but on the other hand i knew im not working right now so i told my self i could go to sleep, but i couldnt be certian, i would jsut sit there in total confusion with people asking me for help and telling me to do stuff as if i actually was working, but in reality i knew i was sitting in my bed. after about 15 min i would decide that i was truly dreaming and i could go to sleep, this also was confusing because if i was dreaming how could i go back to sleep? i cant exclaim the state of confusion i was in. it was basically a LD, i was concious, but i guess it was more of a really vivid day dream. this hapened to me for about a week. and it happened every night. half of what i saw were the things in the room the other half of what i saw were people and objects from the job. so confused. |
