There's a bunch of good techniques for dream character summoning. Have you tried turning around and expecting them to be behind you? Or you could try reaching behind you and grabbing the person's hand. Calling out for them. You can ask a DC where the person is, that's one I really like. Some people go to places where they would expect that person to be. Narrating what you're doing also works, say things like "I'm going to go meet x" or "x is in the next room" |

In every age, in every place, the deeds of man remain the same
WICKED is good
Oh, those're some nice things I could do |

I haven't had a lot of luck summoning specific people, but the other night i was successful in falling asleep thinking about the person and then they were in the dream. So induction can also be tried. |

I still haven't had any luck with conscious incubation, but I really want it to work. |

Try finding a door and believing 100% that there will be someone behind the door (being more specific and trying to recall what they look like might help), it worked for me in my first ever LD after practicing for about a month and a half. |

I would recommend that you summon them in ways that feel somewhat realistic from your waking life experience. |
