Question Successful Lucid Dreaming With WILD (A Few Questions)

      Hi guys
This early morning i've had my second wild with WBTB
So if you guys don't mind i'd like to ask few newbie questions on which answer i can't find

      1. I'm assuming it was WILD cause i've woke up 6.5 hours after sleep by timer then for 10 mins was awake and went to bed
      - Saw some very small hallucinations then medium one and i think i've entered into dream cause i've know since very start it was dream, Would that be WILD?

      2. Dream Stabilization n' stuff
      - In LD I didn't feel'd much emotions and i guess we could say it was quite blurry and i feel'd little bit dull in it
      - Would the case of that be fact that i've forgot to do 2 dream stabilizations which i was suppose to do? (Math calculations, Close-Up look hand)

      3. I've forgot like 1/4 or 2/4 of dream after i woke up?
      - Would case of that be stress caused by school or generally poor dream recall when i don't take supplements?

      Help would be really awesome
      - Thanks

Hey there, congrats on the WILD! (I think it counts as a WILD 'cause you were entering the dreamscape while aware.)

Stress is a major factor in losing dream recall, so that could be it. What you need to do is to relieve all the day's stress and relax. Maybe say a calming mantra? Or meditate? It depends on the individual. And if your recall is a bit sketchy, you could say some mantras as you fall asleep (if you don't already). Like, "I remember my dreams," or, "My memory is good and my recall is getting better everyday."

      Hope that helps a bit.
