Do you seriously think that it would be a good idea to do that, considering that spammers could be looking at that?

I seriously doubt that any spammers get URLs from T-Shirts. It's far more likely they'd find us on Google, and I'm sure we don't want to remove that listing.

ok I changed my mind and voted yes. Might as well spread the word about this site, just a lot of ppl dont like advertising stuff on their backs but since its a great product, why not.

I think if any "hacker" chooses their sites to hack by reading t-shirts then they probably can't hack worth garbage anyway.

I say yes, go ahead and put the link on the back. I don't understand why a whole new thread was needed just for a poll, since the other t-shirt topic was still highly active, but whatever works.
Never stop searching for truth. In your search you may think you have found it, and perhaps you have, but if you hold on tightly to a single thread it will fray and it's greater meaning will become lost. There is always more truth stretching deep beneath the surface that promises to reveal ever greater the infinite, interwoven fabric of truth, woven in the looms of Heaven.

I thought the whole purpose of the t-shirts was to advertise lucid dreaming and Dream Views.

If that is the reason for the shirts, shouldn't the URL be somewhere on the shirts?

Im all for it. the importance and significance of dreaming is too great Not to be widely advertised.

And what better site, with great info and a strong community, is there than DV?

I agree guys, URL is needed.

I hear a lot of good ideas here, but have yet to hear much about the cost. Seems that is where this issue stalls out every of the time. A simple black and white lettering only is much cheaper than a picutre. Add colors and it goes up even more.

Also, what sizes are available and will the font be scaled up based on shirt size? Lettering for a size small doesn't look that great on those of us that wear XXL. Letting for XXL kind of overflows the space available on a small.

why don't we just make (if they will be made,) 2 kinds of t-shirts? 1 with the URL, and one without it... problem solved!

What if the URL was on the sleeve. I don't know what it is about having it on the back or front that kind of makes me go, "Oh... hmm..." I also think the shirts could be okay without the URL (though now I'm neutral on the matter) because I think that the shirt would attract enough attention to where people would talk to the wearer and maybe exchange a business card or something to that extent. It'd at least spread the word even if people didn't come here.

      Just my thoughts.

Ame, I see your point, but I'm not sure I would walk up to a stranger and ask about their shirt (but perhaps that's just me).
If the URL was somewhere on the shirt, people could see it without having to ask and could still check out the forum for themselves.

      .
      It could include the words-
      . . . . .GO AHEAD ! !
      ASK ME ABOUT MY SHIRT
      Or something like that.

Yeah. That's so much less geeky than putting the URL on it.
