The matter with mattresses, does it?

Okay I believe Lucidity is achieved in conjunction with good sleep.
That means a suitable mattress and pillow is needed.

Me, I'm looking to invest into one of those Tempura (sp?) or numbers bed. Any word on them? I may as well sleep on a slab of concrete, but my dreams aren't too bad right now.

      I love you Genjyo

Anyway, as for getting good sleep and recalling dreams well, I'd say yes, a good mattress is key. Some people are lucky and can sleep well anywhere, but I'm like you, I need something nice. We sleep on a (goes to check mattress brand...) Simmons Beautyrest and it's heaven. My recall has never been better.

I'll take a bowl of Tempura after waking up on my Tempurpedic bed, arigato gozaimasu

It is certainly plausible to me, that sleeping comfortable will not only help your body, but will vastly increase the lucid moments!! You are right, the key is being relaxed enough in that state of mind. I just checked out those ghastly prices, which is why I'm setting up this hammock! Sweet dreams xoxoxo
