      hmm..

i havent had any LDs recently but i had a few for a few seconds a while ago. Something just clicked and i realised i was dreaming. A few times i did perform reality checks in my dream but i wasnt in control of it- they just happened. And most of the time they didnt help me realise i was dreaming either!

Yeah in one my dreams one time I said "do a reality check" to myself and I did, but I did not become lucid. I think i changed dreams right afterwards...I don't remember.

I realised something last night... Some friend from my party (As in an Fantasy RPG party, it was also the setting of my dream) was getting locked up somewhere, but it was in some poor village and the prison was made from wood, but it was really really old and worn out, the wood was black/grey as wood would be when its really really old and worn, and I thought why cant that guy just push open the door, it will crack. And so he did.

So I guess your dream always reacts to your thoughts but because you're not aware of it you get funky dreams and stuff because you dont know it and just keep thinking and associate weird stuff which then happens

All of my lucid dreams are induced by me just 'realizing' that its a dream, no RC's, no dreamsigns, nothin!
