Hey,

I was just wondering if anybody else has ever noticed this. I have been fighting a mild cold for the last two days and noticed that I can't recall any dreams. Could this be due to the fact that I'm waking up more often during the night? How long do you usualy need to sleep before your mind enters an REM phase? I did recall one dream that was quite perculiar that I figured was do to having a cold, but I felt to crappy to write it down in the middle of the night. I also noticed I cant recall as many dreams during the school week as I can during the weekends, is this due to excess stress? Does anyone have any tips to increase my recall during the school week?
