Having muscle pains and odd happenings????

Hello, i'm new on the board, and have a question about something that happens to me sometimes which i can't figure it out. Sorry it is long, there is a lot that has happened.

In the past month or so i've had about 5-6 lucid dreams at least i think they were. But here is a little in the history of the past month leading up to now. First of all, i only have these dreams under certain conditions, one is i have to be laying on my back. And the other major one. I have to put myself in very deep trace, when my whole body is completely lifeless and completely relaxed, not even a twich from any muscle, except swallowing every once in a while. But after being in this for a while, maybe 30 minutes i don't know, my body will go completely numb and i can't feel anything except for my head on my pillow, sometimes i can't feel my head, i'm not paralized because i can move if i want to, but i try not to. I also don't think about anything, i clear my mind of everything.

When i am in this state, i have had many sensations and "realistic feelings". The first time this happened, I was laying in bed and in one quick motion, something picked me up and threw me towards the window, and i grabbed the balcony and stopped myself from going over, I tried to get back into my room, but there was a very strong wind blowing me out. It took me a while to realize this was a dream, because i could see what was going on, and my heart was racing, and when it got so worse i made myself wake up, but it was very realistic.

Later in the weeks to come, i'm in the same sleeping state, relaxed and my eyes have always been closed. One night i was laying in bed, and then all of a sudden, it felt like somebody grabbed my feet and arms and pulled them up in the air and was trying to pull me off the bed. I can feel myself almost leave the bed and be put back on the bed. This night this happeded 3-4 times but i never left the bed. The next time, same thing except, something stood me up until i was standing on the bed and then laid me back down, this happened a couple times. The next time, something grabbed my by the feet and pulled me to the end of the bed, spun me around and set me up to look at the moon and stars, as i was sitting up, i moved my finger and realized that i was still laying in bed and has not moved. Each time this has happened, my subconcious was still awake and i could freely think and talk to myself about what just happened. But my body was "dead".

***Here's the problem. I have not had any more senations in about 2-3 weeks, but have tried to. What happens now. I get in the same state, relaxed, and after 3-4 hours the muscles in my arms and legs start hurting very bad until i start moving, after i move a little bit, everything stops hurting and i still sleep, but not as deeply, and then i'm out of the trance, there has been a couple times where i have woken up, either hot, slightly sweating, or completely dripping with sweat. My room is set at 68-69 degrees, an i only use a light sheet and light blanket.

Any thoughts of what may be happening? Or why my muscles would be hurting so bad, even though they are completely relaxed in my "dead zone"

      Thanks for any imput.

I know that sometimes I wake up with bruises on my arms from moving around in my sleep. But this happens in NREM sleep that one cannot usually recall.

The easiest way to explain it to somebody else, imagine laying in your bed, all cozy. With your eyes closed, and somebody comes above your bed and does things to your body, move you around, stand or sit you up, and then put you back down. You can feel the sheets and bed under you just like you moved on purpose. But you eyes are closed, and you are still aware of everything happening to you. And you can swear that somebody is there moving your body, but you are still in the same position laying on your bed and not moved.

Or what it seams. Think of it like this. There is your body laying in bed, and your soul doing the same thing inside your body. You soul and body are normally one unit with both of brains connected. But something else is playing and messing with your soul, and you can feel it. It feels like your body is moving on the bed, but it may just be your soul is moving, and you can feel everything is going on, through the brain.
