      Question Probably not a FAQ...

      I was born a natural lucid dreamer, but I believe I lost my abilities due to intense nightmares and currently have no dreams period.. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this and can you help me?

      Well I'm no natural, but about you saying that you currently have "no dreams period"...do you think maybe you're just not remembering your dreams anymore? To the best of my knowledge everyone dreams, I've heard it's a natural part of the sleep cycle (REM sleep mostly). If that's the case, then recall might be a good starting point to getting your lucid ability back
