I'm from Australia and have been lucid dreaming and astral projecting since i can remember, its always been a natural ability and lately I am getting to the stage where I feel like I need a guide to help me with my experiences. They are getting extremely intense and it feels as though ive moved up a realm and I'm constantly meeting spirit guides and entities. Recently I read the Carlos Castaneda book the art of dreaming and although I wasn't consciously trying to follow any of the methods mentioned in the book I spontaneously completed most of the things he wrote about with some scary and unexpected results. In the past I've never really studied methods to lucid dream as mine occur so regularly i have never needed to... I'm at the stage where I would Love to meet or talk to people who have vast experience with the dream realms who can offer some teachings. Recently I have been projecting various times within dreams ie. I dream and become lucid then launch to another place then fall asleep and launch into another dream etc this has happened within a dream up to 5-6 times and I have accessed some very surreal realms and spoken with what appear to be intelligent entities within these places. I've been trying to research this phenomenon but can only find things on false awakenings which isn't what I have experienced during these dreams (although I've often had these in the past). If anyone can offer guidance or assistance with finding a teacher or someone I can learn from please let me know. I'm also after some in depth books that are not so much aimed at beginners.
