      Can this sleep paralyzer help with WILD?

      Basically this app makes beeping sounds every "" seconds depending on your settings. it supposedly makes you aware that you're in sleep paralysis when youre sleeping or something like that, this feature is from a lucid dreaming app on my phone. has anyone tried a method like this?

      do you guys think it will help when trying WILD?

      Like any other anchor, whether this works depends on whether you can both maintain awareness of it and fall asleep to it.
