I believe that memory is stored somewhere in non-physical reality. But I also believe that we use the physical brain as a processing unit for those memories while we are in our physical form. Thus, when the body falls asleep (our brain falls asleep), leaving us with limited access to the processor. It has been shown scientifically that when we lucid dream that the frontal lobe lights up as it processes more data. What we need to do to access our conscious memories is find a way to activate the frontal lobe processor while dreaming.

What I think needs to happen is to choose not to lose lucidity in the first place. What I mean is, we need to practice ADA as we are going to bed (as well as during the day). If we can maintain conscious awareness long enough at the initial onset of sleep, we may have a much greater chance of continuing with it or reacquiring it during the night. This may instigate a higher degree of frontal lobe activity later, bringing on ADA actions during our dreaming, in a sense, reaffirming the ADA habit as we fall into the dream cycle, expecting it to be picked up by the subconscious and implemented there.

I think if we combine pre-sleep ADA practice with mind awake/body asleep as we crash, we may end up with much greater access to our conscious level of awareness. My thoughts at least.

Has anyone worked with this concept specifically?
