      So many interruptions= exhausting/frustrating

I haven't been practicing as much as I should or did 2 years ago, but I manage to fall into lucidity a couple times a month though WILD, never any other way. What happens a lot is I get so many microawakenings while lucid. Usually I don't get so upset about it, because I know I can fall back into them. For example, I don't hold off orgasms because they wake me, cause I fall right back in again in a couple minutes.

Last night though was exhausting. I had so many microawakenings and of course the scenery changes somewhat each time and everything gets so jumbled. Like I remember many things but have no idea of their chronological placing. Everything is just jumbled together. I will demand "clarity now" and it will work, which is different since many times in the past I would feel like I couldn't speak and would scream it and wake up. I used to do reality checks and stabilizing all the time in dreams, and I would still wake a lot. I don't do either of them anymore really. I will stabilize by looking at my hands every now and then but I know I'm dreaming so I don't ever really think to do reality checks.

I have amazing control of the whole dream atmosphere, so I'm definitely completely lucid and not just on the fringes.

At one point I was going to break the lucidity to get some sleep, but I couldn't stay awake long enough to break my SP ( I do have the disorder), so I just kept falling back into it. Near the end, the whole thing was 2 hours long, things were getting sluggish where I could barely drag my dream body out of the bed, I kept waking up into in the dreams. At one point I tried to pull out too early and got that horrible suffocating feeling. I hate that!

Another weird thing is the REM Atonia, in the beginning of the WILD, comes on in seconds. I could have just gotten up for some water and lay back and I feel it immediately. It comes out of nowhere and there's no mistaking it's happening. As soon as I feel it, I close my eyes and it'snot long before I'm in the dream. It used to be where a WILD would take awhile now it happens sometimes with no warning, is this normal?

Any ideas? For those that don't need reality checks do you still do them anyways? Any other way to stabilize better, I've tried looking at things and it's just never seemed to help.
