Dream revelation

Omi days. Had a lucid few days ago and my lucid hobby becomes more interesting again. I only have like a lucid every one or two months so I appreciate them greatly. Anyways... I've been thinking hard about how to increase dream recall (which is REALLy lagging right now But I am getting better) SO here is what I was going to say. The day before my lucid dream I stayed over at a friends all day and I was so busy I didn't look at a single screen ALL DAY. What happens that night? I have GREAT recall and a LUCID. But usually I am ALWAYS on my laptop or phone during the day. Basically this is a MASSIVE learning curve and I wanted to share XD Less screen time starting today XD

Congrats on the recall and the lucid! I don't think the screen itself is the problem, though. I figure the problem is the reminiscing about the content that was on the screen while falling asleep. This would take away attention while falling asleep that could be put towards things related to dreaming.
