I never do reality checks. I used to a couple years ago for a few months but then I just stopped after I had a few lucid dreams. The thing is I still have lucid dreams but there seems to be no trigger, like I all of a sudden think "I'm dreaming" ,but for no reason. Does anyone else randomly become lucid?

I had a lucid dream last night and It was VERY long. So far out of the techniques I have tried for keeping the dream vivid the best is to open your "dream eyes". This will often produce false awakenings for me, but I find it causes the vividness of WILD dreams. The problem though is that it will almost always put me in a new location. Does anyone know a reliable technique to improve vividness that will keep me in the same location?

Another thing, Does anyone else find that melatonin causes dreams of being chased or hunted? This has happened to me every time I have taken it. I tried it to see if it would make my dreams more vivid in general, but I did not notice that effect. I took 3mg every time. What do you guys think about B6?
