Random thts,lucid or OBE?

Hi all So i did my daily meditation combined with reverse blinking tech and using my theta binaural track. So what happened after a while, i've experienced couple(3-4) very short maybe random thoughts,but it has also contained vivid visuals while i was concious. It was dream like, although im not sure it was dream. Maybe i was about to enter the dream. After one of these little happenings i could see myself to laying in the bed and meditate.(from another person's perspective) But it looks finally i find a very powerful theta binaural, becouse i find myself much more concious when i use it. it has prooven itself , im using this certain track for meditation since about 2 weeks. Btw, the track was at 0:30 minutes when i was about to sit up

Hmm... At the beginning you seem to have experienced hypnagogia, which are dreamlike sensations, images, and sounds, which occur on the borderline between awake and asleep. If you were conscious that you were dreaming when you could see yourself on the bed (for not just a snapshot), then it was a lucid dream. I personally believe that OBE's are the same as LD's.
