To clarify, I am talking about after waking up in real life. Logically, I know this is real life because I have done enough self-exploration to understand where I am. Yet, emotionally and mentally I cannot shake the feeling of still dreaming. I am not on any medications, I do not use drugs, I have had this feeling checked out by doctors and a therapist but they all say there is nothing wrong with me to be feeling this way. It only happens on the night where I am having LDs, the next morning and part of the day is foggy and I feel like I am floating still. |

Do a reality check every time you wake up so you can distinguish reality from false awakenings. |

That has been my go-to for years but seems to have no real change. It is enough for me to mentally get that I am here in the real world but things are still fuzzy/floaty feeling |
