Entire Dream Life

Is it possible to live an entire life in the dream world? So your dreams would all link together and when you have a lucid dream you would pick up with the same DCs and the same 'storyline' as your previous dreams? Has anyone heard of this being done before?

This would have to be done on purpose. Usually dreams incorporate much more than the same characters, settings, and situations being that they also deal the subconcious. Once you are lucid, the opportunity to pick up where you last left off, is available. This can even be done as you re-enter a dream. So yes, it is possible to do this, but only intentionally.
