      Major trouble with dream recall

I haven't had any dream recalls for like 5 days now and so I did a lot of relaxation techniques right before I go to bed and get a decent amount of vitamin B6. I also tried some HILDs. However, after all of this I still can't remember a single dream. Is there a possible reason why I can't remember? Like maybe I am too relaxed to even think about my dreams while I'm dreaming?

I rarely remember dreams at night but if I wake up in the morning about an hour and go back I remember many dreams.

I find this happens to me sometimes as well, although usually in my case it's because i'm stressed out about something!
Give it time and it will come back to you. Also, you could try drinking a cup of peppermint tea before bed, i know it works for me.

Just because it's not evident right upon awakening it doesn't mean it's not there.
Since the events of your dreams happen mere hours from your awakening, you can remember them through different...techniques.
Whether it be concentrating on past memories and ignoring any outside events in the world about or thinking of as many different things (as contrasted as possible, from different fields) at once in hopes something will arouse an association with a dream.

try getting yourself woken up, with an alarm or something, I find it much easier to remember my dreams when woken up.
I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .

I sometimes cannot remember my dreams in the morning, or I remember then and then forget. But I always with out a doubt remember them later that night as I am going to sleep. It seems as if i connected with my dream memory while i am in my bed. So mabey you should just fell fine if you cannot remember your dreams in the morning, and try later that night.
