      Researching for a movie scipt.....

Hi, I am conducting research on lucid dreaming and I wanted to know: For those of you that have frequent lucid dreams, how often do you get them. I know there are many in here that have a lot of experience in lucid dreaming, and can achieve high level lucid dreams. I want to investigate the relationship between the level of lucidity and the frequency as well.

I include this pole about frequency but, if posible also reply your level of lucidity.

P.S. I ask this for two reasons:

      1. I am very intersted in this topic myself, and am currently also trying to gain this ability.

      2. I am developing a script about lucid dreaming, I have almost all the story completed, but I want to polish up the details. I am looking of ways to make it as interesting as posible. Hopefully after its ready I will be able to tell you guys what its about.

P.P.S. If you have any interesting fact about dreams or lucidity that you would like to share, please send me a PM with them, and I would be very glad to read them.

Thank you for all you help,
      Truthbearer

I had to say 2-6 bacause I had 3 after finding this site, then they died off.

Only one was longer than 5 seconds.

      That is odd!
I have been browsing this site for exactly the same purpose: research for a movie script. Mine is still in its fetous state and constantly growing and changing. Perhaps you would be interested in show and tell once our scripts get further on? Or perhaps swap ideas and research?
I'm keen to get in touch via email etc.

      Truthbearer,
I now average 3-4 times per week. A few nights I was able to become lucid 3 times in one night, sometimes I go for as long as a week with no lucid dream.

My levels of lucidity range from just barely recognizing that I am dreaming to having LDs that are more intense than actual reality.

Dream times range from about 1 minute subjective time all the way to weeks subjective time.

You'll have to let us read it when you are done!

I must say that I found frequency of my LD to increase, as well as clarity and level of lucidity.
I averaged one per week (usually on saturday or sunday), but this week I broke the chain, with 2 LD nights...

I hope the tendency will continue...
