I recently had an awesomely weird dream. It wasn't lucid, btw. In my dream, I pretty much followed my normal life routine, except without school. I guess there were a few weird things happening, but not too many. ANYWAY, it lasted about 9 months. Seriously, i was asleep only a little longer than usual (i slept for about 9 hours then), and i just did what i do completely normal, following an entire full 9 months, without any time-skips like in other dreams, where like a few days can be compressed into smaller amounts of time! talk about weird! has anyone else had an experience like this? |

well, see, i don't know how exactly to explain this, but i just kinda went through daily life for about 9 months. This is possible because, as you know, the fabric of time is completely different. Think of time as a string. And, when you are in the state of mind that is sleep, the string is bundled together, creating this effect: (see below) the left is before, the middle and upper part is you mind and time in the dream, and the left is after. If this fabric of time is bent up enough, it can take more "time" to the dreamer, but less "time" to the rest of the people. Ever watch the show "Quantum Leap"? Kinda like that, except for its real |

can you give us some memories from this 9 months? sounds like you actually experienced the beginning and the end of this period, but the middle was just assumed to have happened |
|
Well, real as in, it was in your dream. |

I agree with billyB. But hey, if it felt like 9 months, it's still just as fun. |

Why sleep when you can dream?
I know the feeling an I believe you! Once I dreamed I was a woman an lived for 90yrs. But the time was skipping fast but I still felt it. An yea time can go fast in some dreams. |

To focus on one state of mind always.
