I had this dream when I COULD turn on the light. |

its not impossible to change light levels in dreams, its just not normally doable through a light switch, because in a dream your brain cant comprehend the action of flipping a switch changing the level of light. |

I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .

Changing light levels somehow seems very troublesome in dreams. Usually, when a light level in a dream is set, it does not change untill it has an opportunity to do in a radical fashion (i.e. total scene switch). Dreams seem to avoid changing light levels in dreams in view of the dreamer, for some reason. I personally have had a lucid where everything was getting darker, but for the darkening to occur my dream used all sorts of tricks to obstruct my vision of the light. For example, I was looking at a window from which light came, and the light level remained the same throughout. Then suddenly a door closed between me and the window, and when I opened it again the window was a whole lot darker. |

it was like in real life where I was trying to find the switch because it was dark. And when I found it I turned it on and the tank slowly got brighter. After that I put my hand out the window and said "This is stupid if it wont work" and suddenly a black dragon popped out of my palm. |

I turned on a lightswitch in a lucid about a week ago. I laughed after I did it too, because I thought it was funny that I just disproved quite a number of sources. |

It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.
