Especially with morning dreams, I have had some that are so vivid that I can even taste things. After limited success in LD'ing, I abandoned my efforts to become an active LD'er. However, I had a dream this morning that inspired me back into it.

In my dream, I had expectations of how something would taste. You know when you hold a yellow starburst right before your tongue, all your memories of the sour/sweet taste sort of wet your tongue with the taste? It was just like that, but with a small bottle of lemonade tea. Then, I drank the lemonade tea and the taste I had anticipated became reality.

So in my dream, I had the fake anticipated taste which was overcome by the "real" taste. It's situations like this that seem to allow LD'ing to make so much sense to me. A real-life alternate reality.

I've thus begun a new journal on here and I'm going to start reality checking again. Determination returns! Arrgh!
