      the subconscious

      i dont know too much about the subject, all i know is that u dont notice it, and its exreamly visual. what is it exactly and are there any ways of using it to improve yourself conciously?

      its the abstract part of you,

      it reacts

      it does not plan

      emotional

      not logical

      ummm

      you need to bring to light any issues you may have buried these stay in your subconsious and you react to them without thinking and they defy logic and stuff...
      This will clear your self

      What is it is very hard to explain but.

      The only way to improve on it is being aware of it and the only way ive found to do this is through meditation.

      You might not understand what im saying but there are many good books out there that will break it down for you.

      Dianetics by ron l hubbard is one of them i remember.

      No.. MY goal in life is to seek truth. Thats it... Not trying to figure it out but just only seek. I read that book when i was 15 along with the bible. I am constanly trying to find myself and grow. I am a very normal person just full of energy that i want to use to improve on myself. I may sound strange at times but i am a very simple person.

      meditation is no secret its actually the opposite it being more aware or your inner self. There are many ways to meditate its not how or there is no best way. Its more just openeing up your mind and figuring out how to train it to do what you want not what its wants. Through self awareness.
