Well, I am trying to learn to do telekinisis, but i am trying very hard, but i just cant get my chi, or master it. Do you know anything about this? If you do please reply.
First, you need to understand that there are many more resources open to you then of which you may be aware. The "chi" can also be worked with under the name of Kundalini. You are in New Jersey America and so I know you have a great many opportunities to study Kundalini Yoga. New Jersey now has almost about as many citizens of India within its bounds as Bangalore or Hydrabad.
In the Chinese Traditions of working with the Chi, a great emphasis is put upon breathing exercises, and this is duplicated in many of the forms of Indian Kundalini Yoga. However, some Schools of Kundalini Yoga go beyond mere breathing with the introduction of the Shaktipat Methods of Raising the Chi or Kundalini. 'Shaktipat' is where a Master or Guru can use his own fascility with the Kundalini in order to raise up the Kundalini in a student or initiate. Sometimes it is referred to as 'opening the chakras'.
However, I have found out through trial and experience that a Guru or Master is not always necessary for the principles of Shaktipat to be applied. Follow me closely here... I once read in an ancient upanisad text that "in the presence of a God or Saint, the Eye of Wisdom will open". What this means is that when you are close to a person who has his Chakra already open, then your own Chakra will begin to open up in sympathy or resonance. In a Dream, or in a trance, or in the hypnogogic state of consciousness one would experience this as one's forehead chakra turing on like a Light Bulb. But in ordinary waking consciousness one only gets a very mild pressure sensation -- like a painless headache, and so in almost every case, people are unaware of what is happening -- who does not have a mild headache once in awhile, but if it does not hurt, who even bothers to think about it?
So, if one wants to 'Master one's Chi', then first one should have this primary Chakra openned -- the Chakra in one's forehead, that is between and above one's brows.
Find venues where people are meditating, or where trained Kundalini Yogis or Tai Chi Adepts are doing their exercises... being in the same room is close enough. And be aware of the sensations in one's forehead. If you feel some slight pressure sensation back within your forehead, THAT IS IT. Your job then is to keep your attention on that sensation so that it does not entirely subside. It is like a Flower has openned, and if your attention was removed from that flower then it would close up again, but that if attention was returned again and again to the Flower, then it would stay open long enough so that you would develop the ability to open it up completely and allow for your entire System of Chi or Kundalini to develop.
And since you are in New Jersey, all of this should be quite easy. It may seem odd to say, with all that is said about New Jersey to its detriment, but there are probably more Enlightened People per capita in New Jersey then any other political jurisdiction in the entire World.
