How does some1 stop moving or opening their eyes in an LD?

Had a 15 second Lucid Dream.

Dream Details: Was like real life, but knew it wasn't. Everything looked just like my room, was on the bed, except.... i never turned on the light, and some1 was knocking at the door and knew it was a lucid dream (WILDed basically at about 5 am). So some1 knocked on the door, told em to come in and it's my bro's ex-girlfriend's lil bro, wanted to go up and hit em or something, but instead moved my body!

Problem: Moving physical body and opening Physical Eyes instead of Dream body and Dream Eyes.

Solution: How to only move Dream Body and Eyes.

      Help PLEASE!

If you find yourself moving your real body instead of your dream body, I think it means that you are probably not fully asleep, or very close to waking up. Unfortunately, I do not know of a solution for this. Anyone else?

I've occasionally been in a situation where my dream is fading, and I can feel and move my real body instead of my dream body, but I still see and hear the dream. Instead of trying to actually move as you normally would, imagine moving. For example, I imagined rubbing my hands together as hard as I could, and I did so in my dream, which also helped stabilize it. Using any dream stabilization technique and immersing yourself in the dream imagery as much as possible will help get you fully in the dream.
Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.

You need to be in a deeper stage of sleep, or calm yourself down more to make sure you stay in that stage. Sleep paralysis will do the rest.

heh heh, the last time I did the old rubbing of my hands, it was too late and halfway through I was rubbing my real life hands, I ws only awake for a second before I was asleep again if only Id started earlier
I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .
