      knowledge of self

If you know yourself, then life works. You do not have problems in relationships or at work. You do not set yourself up for bad things to happen. You do not set your self up to be bored, mad or irritated. You are intune and following your creative life path. No one can take you step by step and guide you to places your not ready for. If you want to knowledge and wisdom ask and you will receive. You must always make your own choices and decisions. This is your life . You are the creater, producer, of what you want o do. You have total control, its only your own thoughts and fears that limit you.

I think I know some parts of myself, but I have not experienced all that my life has to offer yet....Like people say when you become a parent you love it like a love you have never experienced, I dont know that part of myself. I have also never lost someone I love. I do beleive in reencarnation, but the life I'm living now has to be different than the ones before, what would be the point

Thats a good thing, at 29 i have lost 5 people that i love and was very close to. Last year my 13 year old brother was murdered. Its a hard thing for me to deal with. I just try to imagine them in a better place and have even spoke with a few of them in dreams and they are always happy.

well that's a great way to start, calling your child an "it"

reencarnation to me is unbelievable. makes no sence.

I'll have tp put Serninanth's quote in play here: "Not all who wander are lost."

I think that life is a journey and there is only so much we can do at certain points in our life to appease our needs. For instance, I am a high school drop out because of bad circumstances that surrounded my life at the time. That has now become one of the biggest regrets in my life, for now all I want to do is go to college and get on with my life, however, financially this has become a problem for me. I live at home and pay my parents rent while my father tries to get on disability and my mother struggles to find a job in our declining economy. My job is also instable, and it has nothing to do with anything that I love in life. I feel very trapped by these circumstances, not to mention the problems I have in my personal relationships. However, I continue to live life to the best of my capabilities in hope that I can one day attain my dreams and leave this stagnant state with no potential progress in the things that matter to me. We all must do the best we can with the options available to us, even if we feel that the options at our disposable our stopping us from being able to accomplish the things we want in life.

So, in conclusion, life is simply what you make of it.

second, I've been constantly battleing with life's assertion that a career and education makes us who we are. I dropped out of college and beat myself up about it needlessly. You made the choice you made and now your dealing with it, who's to say your not a smarter person than if you had stuck it out in school....Plus I live in florida with half-ass schools, and many people drop out and get geds and go back to college and have great careers...my husband only made it halfway through 9th grade and he finished a bachelors and has a great job...he also lived with his parents while doing it....Dont feel like liveing at home is horrible, I know it can be tough trying to bring a date home, but it many societies people stay with their famlies and build from within...at least your helping them pay the bills, my brother in law lived at home till he was 32, and never gave his parents a penny, or help clean...he could of at least cleaned and cooked.....sorry....dont beat up on yourself

Thanks for the moral support jill, I appreciate it.

I don't feel the need to conform to any norms, nor do I believe I am any less intelligent for dropping out(I really haven't learned anything in school for years, my school forced me to take Algebra I 6 years in a row because I was so far ahead in math; I took algebra concepts in the 3rd grade). I just wish that I had stayed in school for the grants, more than anything. I would be in school now, if I could meet the monetary requirements, but since I can't, that has been a major concern of mine for awhile. But, like I said, I'll deal with it the best I can. I'm not unhappy all the time, just sort of bummed about my current position in life. I still live, have good times, smile, laugh, all that stuff. It's just the constant reminder that I wish things were different that occasionally gets to me. 'Tis life.

Anything other than reincarnation makes no sense to me. Once around in a lifetime surely is not enough to allow you to reach full potential. Many people who commit heinous crimes might not do so had their circumstances in life been different. The same holds true for people who never do anything bad. Do a bit of research and you will find that reincarnation is a base belief in most religions, including original christianity.

      Peace

Thanks Jill1978! You say that now Curios because you are here. But perhaps if you view it from the perspective that is achieved when not connected to this world you would think differently my friend. I'm sure that you are here now because you unselfishly made the choice to return.

Perhaps so .. however i would rather focus on eternal life as apposed to reincarnation.

Rencarnation just makes sense to me, although I dont remember any of my past lives in the least bit....I do think evrything is circumstance....Like I said before everyone I see is me in another circumstance. Our personalities, dna, and bodies are all circumstances
