I quit smoking, and now i remember dreams all the time!

I quit smoking two weeks ago, i just stopped, after smoking about 20 a day for 8 yrs.

But the coolest thing of it all, is that after i quit smoking, i remember every dream, every night! and they seem so loong too!

i did not have a chance to remember any dreams during the weekdays before , because i get up at six every morning, but now i can remember then so well!

I am absolutely sure about that the reason why this changed so drasticly, is because i quit smoking.. (it might sound stupid, but it might not be afterall).

Before i always felt tired, and exhausted etc, but not anymore, it's almost like getting born again

It's not just you. I quit a couple of weeks ago too...and I remember my dreams every night now! So...I don't think you are crazy. I feel 100% better about everything since I quit smoking. I am not tired in the morning. I get up earlier. I can run up the stairs and exercise without feeling exhausted...and, like you, it has only been a couple of weeks! Congrats to you and I! Keep it up!

      It's funny
I think I'm the exact opposite

nicotine 24 hrs a day, using patches, made me have wild dreams
and it's the reason I'm here
(and the reason I smoke double what I did before )

Well done, Hedphelym and Cocoastar! It's so nice to see people give up that habit. I've personally never smoked even 1 cigarette in my entire life, but it really impresses me that you have the kind of willpower and self-discipline it takes to quit. I can appreciate not being able to stick to something (since I've been telling myself for years I need to start working out, and I still haven't done it), and I envy your being able to do it. GOOD JOB - you should be very proud of yourselves (and your bodies are thanking you for stopping the constant flow of poisons into your tissue! Yay! )

Anyway, keep up the great work, both of you!

Wow I am going to start to smoke just so I can stop!

Nah not really. However i'ts great that you stopped, smoking is nasty, and allso great that you have way better DR now!

      Keep up the non-smoking ^__^

Btw Maybe it is stress-related or something. Becouse you can't smoke and get nicotine when you are sleeping, you were maybe stressed while you were sleeping... or something.
