now this... this was my first nightmare in a while... but ive had it before... i cant remeber most of it.... but the parts i do remember are weird and really scared me...

all i remember was sitting at the computer trying to get to a website (dreamviews probably) instead an illusionists website popped up. it had a picture of a man. i reckonised him as a famouse illusionist. i was scrolling down looking at all the cool illusions when a blank area appears on the page (goddamnit it scares me just talking and writing about it) and then i feel these large hands on the back of my neck and hot air down my neck as if some i behid me and then i feel as if i shrunk really small but some how i could still feel hands and breathe. i ran screaming out of the room and then it ended. Confused[/b]
now that was taken from my journal.... would that have been... sleep paralysis passed on into my dream?

or was it just some crazy thing happening in my dream... cause it felt like what a imagined SP would be like....
