      more alert awakening

      I seem to have noticed that when I wake up from a lucid dream I am much more ready to jump out of bed and start the day...Anyone else experience this? Maybe it's kind of like pre-heating the oven.

      I'm the same. Wake up feeling engergized and alert after a lucid dream. Maybe traces of the power or control experienced in the LD still linger after awakening?

      Normally, I have to be almost shoved out of bed I'm so lazy and groggy in the morning.
