Yes it is the best lucid dreaming book out there IMO. It is so often used in this forum it has an acronym --> EWOLD. |

Hey Howe - I think what Spiritwolf is referring to are the tests LaBerge conducted in which he instructed subjects to look over to one side for a particular interval of time (while lucid). He would then track their eye movement once the oneironaut signaled they were lucid and beginning the experiment. |

for the correct information, if you have the book EWOLD, its on page 25...top paragraph...dreamtime is quite similiar to waking time, but still its not exact..but there is the information.. |
