      Cod liver oil!

Yesterday evening i took 4 cod liver oil tablets i havent taken these in a while.
Basicly they are for concentration levels and stuff and boy oh boy did they have an impact on my dreams.
i managed to recall 5 different very long dreams, managed to wake up then go back into dreams, had a AMAZINGLY realistic false awakening , i had a dream that was SO REAL i was convincing my freind who kept on saying "im dreaming" that h
e wasnt , i even did a reality check with the fingers through the palm and it didnt go through and finnaly i had the most vivd lucid dream in my life! i could see the freckles on dc's faces i acctually had conversations with them about how detailed everything was and interacted with them all.
I recomend you try some form of cod liver oil and then share your results.
      Thanks for listening
Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.

Congrats on your lucid dreams - but are you sure your dreams weren't a product of the placebo effect...?

It probably was the cod liver oil. Food has a big impact on dreams.
Cod liver oil is high in omega 3 fatty acids which are building blocks of brain cells.

I have tried flax seed oil which also has omega 3's in it.
Anything beneficial to the brain is probably effective in influencing dreams.

Here are the major nutrients of the brain
      omega 3 fatty acids
      vitamin B6
      tryptophan
      any plant source protein
      magnesium

There are more nutrients which are just about everthing that the rest of the body needs but these above are the main ones for the brain. Just a side list. Maybe you already know these. Still their listed here as a reminder.
      Are you dreaming now?
