Yeah, so I went to bed around 12 o'clock, and set my alarm for half five in the morning. I seemed to wake up about fifteen minutes before the alarm went off, which was weird, but I went to the toilet, and done a few mathematical sums in my head. Then I tried to move on to the "relaxation" phase, but man, everything went wrong there. I don't know, maybe I had woken up too much, or I wasn't tired enough, but I just COULDN'T relax. I couldn't seem to concentrate on a nice image. I was trying to imagine being on a raft in the ocean, but I kept thinking, "Wait, If I was on a fucking raft in the ocean, I wouldn't be relaxed, I'd be terrified". I tried other soothing images, but nothing seemed to work. I suppose I saw a few things beneath my closed eyelids, but not too much. I certainly didn't hear anything. So eventually I just gave up and went to sleep.
Also, I had taken two 10mg vitamin B-6 pills a few hours earlier. Should I have taken more? Should I have taken them just before I went to bed?
I would greatly appreciate some help or advice. I really am a beginner here. Even though I seem to be having very little success, this damn subject fascinates me.
