So yesterday my curiosity got too big so I went to the drug store and bought 50 x 300mg of B6 (25€ , ouch). At least it will last for some time. The only thing I was thinking was: "These pills better work..."
(note: In the evening I was at the bar and had 3 beers, so that might have it's effects on the 'test')
So when I went to sleep I took one 300mg. In the 8 hours I slept I woke up like 10-15 times, it was crazy. In the first times waking up, the only thing I thought was "This isn't working" because I didn't remember any dreams. That was about 5 hours after going to bed.
Then things started to happen. I had like 5-10 mini-dreams and they were all so real that I couldn't doubt anything. Between the dreams I woke up and thought to myself "Did that just happen?" It all seemed so real. Everything was accurate and there was no sign of a dream.
In one dream I was sitting in front of the computer and I could clearly read the whole playlist I had open on Winamp (tiny letters). It started to play a song and I went downstairs, I could still hear the music.
Also, in another weird dream my cellphone started beeping. I took it out of my pocket. There was a text: "Warning! Soft Cell". The display changed into a yellowish tone and then black. That was a little weirder, but I didn't doubt a thing. Still in the dream, I went to my pc and typed "Soft Cell" in Wikipedia to find out what that is. A series of unpleasant images appeared and it became clear that it was some kind of disease... Funny thing that Soft Cell actually is a band
There was also a very brutal and realistic dream involving the TV series LOST so that was kinda cool.
So, anyway the results are clear: The B6 had it's effect in my dreamworld... or was it the beer? I will certainly try some other time but not today, as I'm concerned about my health I mean, it can't be healthy to take 300mg of B6 every day. I will probably take it once or twice a week... what do you suggest? And should I take the B6 before going to bed or the same time I go to bed or even after a few hours of sleep?
