The only explenation i would have is that the dream would have had to have been physically or emotionally hard on your body?

Usually after an LD, i wake up feeling as if i have had two times the amount of rest!

Yes actually I was performing telekinesis in my dream which took a lot of effort! I think that may explain it as I was lifting the computer at one point

      Also..

When you're sleeping, you may have been sleeping in an awkward position that caused stress on your muscles. With the aid of sleep paralysis, and a bad sleeping position, that would be a good formula for aching muscles.

hmm, thats strange... Nope, didnt do much physical activity at all that night. I hit my elbow on a table in a funny position, though, and I thought it was probably while I was sleeping I wanted to not have it laying down so I twisted my back a lot or something... Most reasonal explanation, anyways...
