So I just had a pretty cool night last night after a while of having pretty bad recall and no lucid dreams, where I had 2 LDs and a few other dreams. The thing with the LDs is, though, that some parts of them I just can't seem to remember. Is this because I lost lucidity for a while, or does it just happen just like it does with normal dreams? Technically if you're really conscious in your dream, wouldn't it be really hard to forget it? |

Generally, people have less trouble remembering their lucid dreams than they do remembering their normal dreams. Lucid dreams still can be forgotten just like normal dreams though, which is the main reason for training your dream recall. If someone didn't train their recall and had a lucid dream, there's a good chance they wouldn't remember the dream. |

A dream
is a reality that others cannot see.
Reality
is a dream you share with others.
