      Journal Question

hello. I have been keeping a dream journal for about 3 weeks now, and i'm pretty good at Dream Recall. My question is does my dream journal need to be specifically for dreams or could i use it as a regular journal?
      "To sleep: perchance to dream:
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal
      coil must give us pause..."

In my opinion, I would keep it strictly related to dreams. But you should record not only dreams, but your own interpretation of your dreams, or why you think you dreamed that particular thing, or if you stayed up late the night before, or slept in late in the morning - things like that. Anything that could relate to your dreams, you should record in this journal.

Keep a separate one for all your other thoughts.

This is a very good piece of advice.. Mixing regular real life events with dream stuff can confuse everything.
      Shine on, you crazy diamond!
