I find that writing articles and educational guides let's me better understand what I'm writing about. Often, a lot of research is put into the guide so you can so learn more as you write. [/b]
It's true, oddly enough. One of the best methods for attempting to understand a given topic is by trying to explain it to someone else (both parties benefit).
On a side note: I have a theory about cats... They are like attractive women! If you chase them they run away. If you act indifferent and ignore them, they can't stop themselves from becoming interested in you. When you mix this with confident flirting, you get serious chemistry (...Hmm, Now I'm just talking about females, better get back on track ).

What's the advantage of a LD? *

Is this a steping stone to more controlables aspect of ourselves that we never new exsisted? *
Is doing this helping me to sleep better or worse? [/b]
Yes, these are the sort of queries many readers would want to know about. I must write another page expounding further on some of the questions you quoted, in addition to any other quality feedback I get from this forum.

This looks like a very good (and simple) guide. Many other guides are too complicated, which puts me (and probably other people) off. *
I try my best to achieve simplicity, isn't always easy.

I would go into more detail about Reality Checks/Reality Tests, perhaps showing different ways of doing so, (maybe with a few illustrations beside).
Actually an illustration would be a fine idea. However, I won't bother with more detail about Reality Checks/Reality Tests, I will probably just refine what I have wrote into a few concise sentences.
