Medication? Dunno. I reccomend Meditation though, I've been doing it 3 times, 20 minutes each, every day. It opens up your imaganation (Good for LDs) and your awarness. (It's good for LDs, better for RC's)

i don't think it's that safe to take things to induce lucid dreams...vitamins, medication, etc... personally i prefer to stick to the good old dream journal.

      but that's just me.

I agree with both of your replies.

I will never suggest someone use medications to induce LDs. I would suggest utilizing a dream journal, and possibly meditation (not medication) - although, I'm still learning about meditation so I can't give any advice about that...

Hey, I'm just learning too. All I do is, in night, I do it for 20 minutes. I say "Han" in the in breath and "Sa" in the out breath. Or, I just breath, but not concentrate on it, just.. feel it. In the afternoons, I go outside and listen.

I guess it might help...? I've never thought about doing anything like that. Maybe if you do MILD you could visualize yourself as part of the picture? Just a suggestion though, seeing as I've never tried it.
