About 6 months ago, I read an article able using positive thought to control aspects of your life. And, it works. A little while later, and a meditation session it hit me. I listen to Techno, mostly the stuff without words, I don't know why but it stimulates Sympathetic Nervous System Activity more than any other type of music. So I thought why not sit and focus a ball of energy towards a specific goal? It works every-single-time. WHat do you guys think?
