Reaccuring Dreams

Ok when i was younger i had this reaccuring dream but it only happened when i had a cold for some reason? I pretty much felt awake in this dream except there would be colored shapes in the air and there would be people inside the shapes talking to me i cant remember anything they said though but i would say i had this dream about 10 times. this probably has no meaning except illnesses can trigger certain dreams but is there people on this board that are dream meaning experts it would be cool to hear there interpretation. thanks.

I've had some pretty funky dreams while being sick, too. Maybe it was a combination of being ill, and the medicine, but the dreams seemed like more imagery than anything else. Do you only have these dreams when you're sick? If so, I agree with you about them only being a side effect of the illness (or medication).

yeah it is like your awake but theres a few things around you that are different like things you would experience in a dream. also another dream i have had a few times but not when sick, actually it was a nightmare to me (dont know why?) it would be extremely vivid and it would just be like your lying in bed but things you look at say a TV would grow and shrink and come closer than move away, and it felt so real i guess that was why it was a nightmare to me because it felt extremley real.
