      dream before bed

      When i watch a video before bed, will that increase my chances of having a dream about what's in the video? if not, does looking at images before bed help?

      It should. You can even just think about what you want your dreams to be. It is called dream incubation.

      Great advice, Barbizzle. Just concentrate on what you want your dream to be. Make an outline of what you would like to dream before bed and put it under your pillow. Perhaps that would help.
