I was just wondering, what do you do before you hop into bed and sleep? See im new to this lucid dream thing and so far I can not do it. Im curious what methods have you used? also I have been writting my dreams down, in a week I had 6 dreams out of 7 days. but no lucid dream. this sucks. what do you do? also before I sleep I say in my mind I will have a dream and remember it. is this alright? please help me out this makes me mad.
