so as lucid levels get higher do the visuals get clearer? every one of my lucids has looked like i was tripping mushrroms but hardcore, will it get clearer or is that how it always it?

The more you "stabilize" yourself in the dream, the more details or "clarity" you'll percieve. For instance, if you become lucid in a dream, sittin in a bench, and begin to study your surroundings, your mind will create more imagery. Bench (where is this bench?) > Park (what is in parks?)> Trees (what do trees have?)> Leaves (what are leaves made up of?).... and so on. Your mind will keep creating sensory input for you to experience. Theoretically, if you kept studying this leaf, you could eventually find yourelf down inside the leaf and among microscopic organisms or within the fibers that make up the leaf. Might be cool to try!

try focusing on your hands. look for familiarities. then look up. and enjoy.
