      Brilliant dreams

      Greetings all,
This is my first post here. Forgive my if this topic exists somewhere else in the forums. I did try and research a little before posting. I'm curious if anyone here has heard of this product, tried it, what their experience was etc....

      http://www.brilliantdreams.com/

I can't seem to find any unbiased feedback about the product anywhere online. I've been keeping a dream journal for about 2 months now, try and conduct frequent reality checks, set my alarm at 90 minute intervals for better recall, tried various doses of B6 (never more than 100mg a night as I've read that excess doses can and do cause nerve damage) , praying etc. and still no LDs. I pretty sure I've discovered every website of significance on the subject so I don't know where else to look for new ideas.

Does that stuff really work? Anyone tried it?
I would be surprised if it would work so well...

WTF is B5? Anyone tried that? Basically this stuff contains everything we've discussed here on DV... I'd like to try this, but I suppose it's not sold to/in Finland... And I hate ordering stuff from the web.

I'd reccomend LDing naturally before resorting to pills. As for the overdose on B6, I think it has to be beyond 2000mg a day in order to cause nerve damage.

Still, it can't hurt to try!

      Edit : Welcome to DV!

As far as supplements go, I wouldn't play around with them too much just because each person is different and what may work for someone may not work for another.

As far as these pills go, I don't think they'd necessarily induce lucid dreams. They "guarantee" more vivid dreams, but it doesn't guarantee by any stretch that you will be able to recognize that you are dreaming. I also have a suspicion that it might make you sleep lighter and there'd be more of a chance that you could wake up easier in response to outside stimuli. I don't know, but those are just my theories.

That's good advise Ame. I would also be wary of mixing herbs, also. You could have a severe allergic reaction to it.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep trying without it for now. I'm just getting really frustrated and impatient! B
